It is not worthy to mention the visual style of Windows XP and how this skin duplicates the look of it. It is worthy to mention how the backbone technology that drives this skin possible.

And if you don't think like an architect...
Skins are decorative. However, when you skin, you might grasp the idea: there is certain tectonics behind skinning - a certain set of limitations in Physical Structure, plus an aspect of design - where application meets art (to quote dA's banner).

And if you think like an architect...
There is something about the tectonics, the inner structure of a 'Skin'. As skinning languages develops, the rules of the game gets more and more complex - and fun. You can twist the rules like life, and here comes /stixe

An introduction of /stixe
/stixe is a subset of Trillian SkinXML. It turns the raw skinning module into Element-oriented skinning module. It builds skins like lego. It opens up possibilities - easier for skinners, interface variations of users. And it is developed by designHazard, based on the efforts of Cerulean Studios, released with Trillian Pro.

Enjoy.

I can't say I like the XP default theme, but /stixe is a great addition to Trillian Pro and it deserves merit. Let me be the first to congratulate you on the fruition of your efforts.

:iconevrbrn:

having trillian make them money allows them to spend more time on it and less time making money elsewhere.
